We are delighted to provide you with a completely FREE antenatal course. There are seven classes in the programme. Each class is cut down into bite-sized topics, giving you the opportunity to work through the course at your own speed. 

This course will help you start getting ready for your baby’s arrival. You will learn about: 

  • your third trimester
  • labour and birth
  • feeding and caring for your baby
  • plus, how to look after your own mental health and wellbeing as a new parent.
