The months of pregnancy give you an opportunity to prioritise yourself, your needs, your health and wellbeing. We understand how beneficial self-care is to both you and your growing baby. We recognise how difficult it can be to know where to start and know what will make a real difference.
With this in mind we have developed our Pregnancy Wellbeing Toolkit. Our programme takes a holistic approach which includes a broad range of physical and emotional wellbeing tools that are well researched. To maximise the benefits these tools offer, we recommend using them throughout your pregnancy. We recommend starting this course as early as possible, ideally after 12 weeks in your pregnancy.
Whilst the focus of the content in this course is for pregnant women, most of the tools can be used by partners too. In fact, if you are in a relationship, we encourage you to work through this course together. We recognise that pregnancy is a huge time of change, and learning to alleviate stress and worry during this time will definitely help the process, whilst improving communication and understanding of each others needs.
