New Life classes were informative and good fun. The zoom sessions were organised well with enough time for interactions in activities, listening and learning new information and having social time. We really enjoyed our sessions and it has made us feel well equipped and confident about what is to come. I would highly recommend New Life to my pregnant friends in the future.
