parent wellbeing programmes: empowering parents and the professionals who support them

Together, we can help parents thrive. Our parent wellbeing programmes are designed for professionals, small businesses, and organisations who want to offer meaningful, evidence-based support to their clients and staff. Whether you’re looking to collaborate on classes, co-host workshops, or create workplace support for new parents, we’ll build a partnership that empowers families, strengthens services, and makes a lasting difference for the people you support.

why partner with new life?

because supporting parents supports everyone

The transition into parenthood is one of the most profound (and most challenging) life changes. When parents are well-supported, they’re more resilient, healthier, and better able to nurture their families.

At New Life Classes, we partner with organisations that share our vision of curiosity, compassion, and courage in early parenthood, ensuring parents and those who care for them and work with them receive the highest quality support.

When you partner with us, your team is better equipped, your services are more impactful, and the families you serve feel supported, connected, and resilient.

Our founder, Iona Reading is a trauma-informed parental brain educator and UKIHCA-registered health coach with a background in psychology and antenatal education. Learn more about her here.

who I work with

I collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, small businesses and organisations who support women and families in pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, including:

organisations & employers

HR teams, nurseries, charities, healthcare providers.

perinatal professionals

antenatal educators, midwives, doulas and therapists.

health and wellbeing specialists

yoga and exercise instructors, physiotherapists, nutritionists and more.

community & support services

local councils, parent networks, wellbeing initiatives.

Not sure if your organisation fits? I’m always open to innovative collaborations that help improve support for parents and families.

how we can work together

Partnerships are never one-size-fits-all. We co-create solutions that meet the needs of your team and community, such as:

signature workshops

equip parents with resilience, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

staff training

build your team’s capacity to support families with empathy and evidence-based tools.

corporate programmes

help employees thrive through parental leave transitions

speaking engagements

bring engaging, research-informed insights to your events and audiences.

wellness events and retreats

support resilience, stress management, and sustainable family wellbeing.

We provide coaching, education, and training, not medical care or therapy. Where specialist input is needed, we always signpost to trusted professionals. Your organisation, your staff, and the families you serve are in safe hands.
