Most parents feel stretched thin in the early years and share similar struggles:
parenthood can feel overwhelming

Decision fatigue and constant mental fog that leaves you second‑guessing everything
Self-doubt and guilt that you’re not doing enough - or not doing it “right”
Missing the person you used to be, wondering who you are outside of parenthood
Snapping at loved ones, then beating yourself up
Running on empty, hoping things will magically get easier
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone - and you deserve to have support during these demanding, transformative years.
how coaching helps parents reset
Coaching offers a safe, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and make sense of the changes and emotions that come with early parenthood. It helps you move from simply getting through the days to feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected — to yourself, your loved ones, and your life as it is now.
Here’s what many parents experience before support — and how life can look after getting the help they deserve:
feeling overwhelmed and always on edge
facing challenges with calm and perspective
second-guessing yourself and doubting your decisions
constantly putting yourself last, feeling drained and irritable
feeling disconnected from yourself and your needs
feeling lonely, like no one truly understands what you’re going through
struggling under a heavy mental load of constant worries and tasks
feeling stuck in survival mode, just hoping things will get easier
struggling to bond, or enjoy everyday moments with your baby
making choices with clearer confidence and self-belief
feeling genuinely supported and understood by someone who gets it
recognising your energy levels with healthier boundaries and patience
reconnecting with what matters most to you
finding practical ways to manage stress and lighten your mental load
feeling able to make small changes that help life feel easier and more manageable
feeling more present and connected as you spend time with your baby

why work with me?
I’m a trauma-informed parental brain educator and UKIHCA-registered health coach, with a background in psychology and antenatal education.
My mission is to help parents navigate the early years — from birth through preschool — with realistic expectations, self-compassion, and confidence. Over eight years, I supported more than 8,000 parents through award-winning classes alongside a team of midwives.
Today, I focus on the emotional, mental, and physical transitions that shape early family life. Through coaching, I help parents understand how their brains adapt for caregiving, build realistic expectations, and develop strategies that support calm, confidence, and connection in everyday life.

frequently asked questions
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
The best way to find out is by booking a free Resilient Parent Clarity Call - a 45-minute conversation to explore what’s feeling hardest right now and get a real sense of how coaching works.
During the clarity call, we’ll also determine if coaching is the right fit for you at this time and whether working together would be a good match. There’s no obligation to commit to coaching. If I feel another form of support would better serve your needs, I’ll be honest and help guide you to those options.
This coaching call is designed to empower you with clarity, understanding, and confidence about your next steps - whether that’s coaching with me or another path that suits you best.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your needs. Some parents find a handful of sessions transformational, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll decide together.
How long are coaching sessions?
Your first session lasts up to 75 minutes to give us time to set goals and lay the groundwork. After that, sessions are up to 60 minutes each and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what suits you best.
What can I expect in the coaching sessions?
Each session is guided by your current needs, values, and goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s feeling hardest, build simple strategies that fit your lifestyle, and strengthen your emotional and physical wellbeing — no quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions.
My whole-health approach integrates evidence-informed tools in stress regulation, mindset, habit building, and lifestyle support, including conversations around sleep, nutrition, movement, and rest. You’ll get practical problem-solving and genuine emotional support — always aligned with what matters most to you.
How should I prepare for a call?
Find a private, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed (babies are welcome). Bring a notepad and pen so you can jot down any notes.
Is support available between coaching sessions?
Yes — you’re welcome to email between sessions for quick check-ins or encouragement. This light-touch support complements, but doesn’t replace, your coaching sessions.
Ready to move from doubt and exhaustion to calm and confidence? Let's talk.
