from overwhelm to calm confidence

Feel calmer as you learn practical, brain-based tools to manage stress and daily challenges.

Together, you’ll swap isolation for connection, self-doubt for confidence, and survival mode for a family life you can enjoy - and feel more in control of.

Parenting can feel messy and isolating, especially when you’re exhausted, second-guessing yourself, and trying to make sense of all the noise and advice out there. It’s easy to feel like you’re carrying it all alone.

But you don’t have to (humans aren't designed to do this alone)! In our group coaching programme, you’ll:rom other parents walking the same path.

Grow in confidence as you discover what really works for you and your family.

Reconnect with yourself, your baby, and your new life as a parent.

Find strength in community — gaining encouragement and insights not only from me, but from other parents walking the same path.

a look at the programme

This 12-week programme combines the best of learning and coaching in a small, supportive group. Each week you’ll join a 90-minute live session on Google Meet, alternating between practical teaching and group coaching. With just 10 parents (or parent pairs) per cohort, you’ll have space to be heard, supported, and guided.

Between sessions, you’ll stay connected through a private WhatsApp group, receive bonus resources to deepen your learning, and get gentle encouragement to keep moving forward.

Here’s what’s included to support you every step of the way:

  • Stay motivated and on track with a simple journal to record your progress and weekly wins.

  • Feel seen and supported through regular chances to share and celebrate with your group.

  • Keep building momentum with gentle reminders and small, achievable goals.

  • Reflect and reset during a mid-programme check-in to see how you’re doing and what you need.

  • Receive encouragement when it matters most, because parenting is hard, and you deserve support.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll move step by step through a balance of learning and group coaching — so you not only understand the changes happening in your brain and family, but also have the support to apply them in real life.

Our groups are facilitated by Iona, a parental brain educator and UKIHCA-registered health coach. Learn more about Iona’s experience and approach.

frequently asked questions

Is this programme right for me and my baby?

This group is designed for parents with babies under 12 months old. That’s because the first year is when your brain (and your baby’s!) is changing most rapidly — and when the right support can make the biggest difference. If your baby is older, 1:1 coaching may be a better fit.

What if I’ve never done coaching before?

That’s absolutely fine! Many parents in my groups are completely new to coaching. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, and the group setting is designed to feel safe, supportive, and judgment-free.

What if I can’t make every live session?

Life with a baby can be unpredictable. While you’ll get the most out of showing up live, replays will be available for all teaching sessions, so you won’t miss the learning.

How much does the programme cost?

Full programme details, including pricing, will be shared with the waitlist first. Joining the waitlist doesn’t commit you to anything, it just means you’ll get early access when doors open.

I’m a bit shy — do I have to share in the group?

Not at all. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Simply listening and learning can be really powerful. That said, many parents find that even taking small steps to join the conversation — asking a question, sharing a win, or nodding along — helps them feel more connected and supported. You’ll never be pressured, but you’ll always be encouraged.

What happens after I join the waitlist?

You’ll get an email confirmation, plus early updates as the programme gets ready to launch. When doors open, you’ll have the first chance to secure your place before spaces are offered more widely.

ready to feel more calm and confident?

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
