Most parents feel stretched thin in the early years and share similar struggles:

early parenthood can feel overwhelming

Decision fatigue and constant mental fog that leaves you second‑guessing everything

Self-doubt and guilt that you’re not doing enough - or not doing it “right”

Missing the person you used to be, wondering who you are outside of parenthood

Snapping at loved ones, then beating yourself up

Running on empty, hoping things will magically get easier

If any of this sounds like you, you're not alone - and you deserve to have support during these transformative years.

how coaching helps parents reset

Coaching gives you a safe, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect and grow. You don't need to stay stuck! Here’s what most parents experience before support - and how life can look after getting the help you deserve:

feeling overwhelmed and always on edge

facing challenges with calm and perspective

second-guessing yourself and doubting your decisions

constantly putting yourself last, feeling drained and irritable

feeling disconnected from yourself and your needs

feeling lonely, like no one truly understands what you’re going through

struggling under a heavy mental load of constant worries and tasks

feeling stuck in survival mode, just hoping things will get easier

struggling to bond, or enjoy everyday moments with your baby

making choices with clearer confidence and self-belief

feeling genuinely supported and understood by someone who gets it

recognising your energy levels with healthier boundaries and patience

reconnecting with what matters most to you

finding practical ways to manage stress and lighten your mental load

feeling able to make small changes that help life feel easier and more manageable

feeling more present and connected as you spend time with your baby

why work with me?

I’m a trauma-informed parental brain educator and UKIHCA-registered health coach, with a background in psychology and antenatal education.

My mission is to help parents navigate the early years of parenthood with realistic expectations, self-compassion, and confidence. For eight years, I ran award-winning antenatal classes for over 8,000 parents alongside a team of midwives. Over time, it became clear that what’s missing is the support parents need after the baby arrives.

My coaching and support services now focus on the emotional, mental, and physical transitions of early parenthood. I help parents understand the remarkable changes happening in their brains, build realistic expectations, and develop tools and coping strategies to nurture themselves and their babies with self-compassion and confidence.

If you’re ready to step out of survival mode and into a place where you (and your baby) can thrive - I’m here to help.

frequently asked questions

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

The best way to find out is through the free Resilient Parent Clarity Call. This 45-minute session offers a safe, supportive space to explore your current challenges and goals while giving you a real sense of what coaching feels like, especially if it’s your first time.

During the clarity call, we’ll also determine if coaching is the right fit for you at this time and whether working together would be a good match. There’s no obligation to commit to coaching. If I feel another form of support would better serve your needs, I’ll be honest and help guide you to those options.

This coaching call is designed to empower you with clarity, understanding, and confidence about your next steps - whether that’s coaching with me or another path that suits you best.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your needs. Some parents find a handful of sessions transformational, while others prefer longer-term support. We’ll decide together.

How long is each session and how often do they happen?

The first session in your coaching package lasts up to 75 minutes, giving us extra time to set goals and lay the groundwork for your journey. After that, sessions are up to 60 minutes each. Coaching can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the package that best fits your needs.

What can I expect in the coaching sessions?

Each session is fully guided by your current needs, values, and personal goals. Together, we’ll work step-by-step to create simple, sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle (no quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions). My whole-health approach to emotional resilience integrates evidence-informed strategies in stress management, mindset coaching, habit building, and lifestyle support, including conversations around nutrition, sleep, movement, and more.

You’ll receive a blend of practical problem-solving and genuine emotional support, empowering you to move through challenges at your own pace. I am here to listen, encourage, and ensure that everything we do aligns with what matters most to you.

As your health coach and parental brain educator, I provide coaching, education, and support around lifestyle choices and behaviour change. I do not provide medical, nutritional, or therapeutic counselling. Where needed, I will always encourage you to consult an appropriate healthcare professional.

How should I prepare for a call?

Find a private, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed (babies are welcome). Bring a notepad and pen so you can jot down any notes.

Is support available between coaching sessions?

Yes, you’re welcome to reach out by email between sessions for quick check-ins, clarifications, or encouragement. However, this support is not intended to replace the depth and personalised guidance of your coaching sessions.

If you’re ready to move from doubt, exhaustion, and overwhelm toward calm, confidence, and connection, let’s talk.
